IMHO technology has driven many people to isolation. Making face to face communication on par with public speaking in terms of anxiety prompting. Next time you speak to a woman be sure she's someone you know fairly well, a friend. At some point in your conversation compliment her hand (pick something specific, maybe she has long fingers or pretty nails, soft looking skin you get the point), then ask if its alright if you touched her hand.
