but you did, i said overweight and you went straight to dad bod (the least overweight most males would be) instead of considering the spectrum of overweight people.

or don’t make assumptions. obese is indeed overweight, because i wasn’t super specific doesn’t mean my point doesn’t stand

yeah it makes perfect sense. and from a guy's perspective i can tell you that, that will not always work because, just because they're putting forth that effort towards themselves, does not mean that same effort will be put towards you or having a relationship with you, especially if anything was giving easily. but this vetting process could very well work also

okay i get what you're saying, but you're arguing something that's already known beforehand. in this instance, the chad is putting effort into his body and himself therefore, he doesn't have to put much effort into getting women because they're basically giving themselves to him. the two things we're trying to say are both true

i'm not dismissive, angry, or frustrated. i just don't see a reason to keep responding when you're trying to argue with people who just wanna answer your question. and there really weren't any holes poked, i told you what a chad is and you just wanna point out the obvious, that working hard in one thing can be beneficial in other things (i.e. working out can help you attract women). but that doesn't take away from what me or the other person said.

okay and everyone is literally telling you chad's don't put forth effort towards women and you're saying this like it's not already known. this isn't a cmv or discussion, it's a question and everyone who has answered, you've basically said this same thing to. so why ask this question if you're just gonna discredit the answers given?

what is not clicking for you? it's not done with the intent of getting women. if i'm training for basketball, it's simply just that. why do you keep moving the goal post?

because he did all of that for basketball, not necessarily to sleep with this one particular woman

Ugly is unattractive but unattractive is not ugly. You can be "conventionally unattractive," for example just one or two features that take away some attractive points, but that doesn't make them ugly.

Because all men aren’t on OKC

How does this answer my question? I assume they meant 80% of men on OKCupid and not 80% of men in real life? Please correct me if I'm wrong

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
