2	I’m not a divorce man but this feels like it If you are going to leave. Then you must sit with a lawyer and start planning your escape. Plus have money put aside to take care of you and your child. If u just leave and leave the kid then chances are she will try with holding your child from you. In the immediate you may say it’s ok but guaranteed it will get worse over time. 0	Can I call the police if my ex’s mother refuses to give our daughter to me or hides / lies about her location? Well after reading all this back and forth of comments. Let me clarify a few things for all of u. Grandparents have rights in some states. Number 2 , first of the grandparents are watching the kid and you call the cops then they will show up and say that the child is there with the mother’s permission. They will call her and if she can’t show up then they may or may not give you that child. All depends on other things.
