In jobs that make more money (for your employer) relevant to strength, the stronger you are regardless of sex, the more you should get paid. Feminism is (and has been for quite some time) a very large movement and has been through several waves and integral philosophies. Real modern feminists are egalitarians with a different name, because that's how the movement evolved. 1	Lawyer: Lesbians’ assault on gay man can’t be hate crime I think that his wording was poor, not his idea. It certainly can be a hate crime, but it's certainly less likely. 1	So I tried to get a job in retail. Retail with a 'good' hiring department will always hire more women than men. It took me a year to find a job in part because of that. Fact of the matter, teenage girls are more pleasing to the eye than (a lot of) teenage boys. Nothing needs to be done. The extent of our children's 'natural' attitude towards sexism is that the other sex has cooties, and they grow out of that near the onset of puberty. It's the indoctrination that one sex is better than the other, or that we need to be more respectful and appreciative of one gender over another that is the problem.
