No issues with the source. Stefan leans on the more conservative side and while I don't always agree with him he does a good job of researching and articulating an argument. I can understand why the implementation and enforcement of NN would be questioned under the circumstances when it was "passed". His points on enforcement make good cases about privacy and government control. This does not change my opinion on the matter but I can understand why it is seen in a negative light.

Then please point me in the direction of materials that would change my opinion because I'm clearly looking in the wrong places. Educate someone with an opposing point of view instead of insult them.

Yes, exactly like the tech giants. Except on a larger scale because your ISP delivers all of your content, not just the stuff you get from Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc. And yes, ISP's will make more money when their services are being used. But what if a bunch of people decide to drop their cable service in favor of something like Sling TV? That's less money for the ISP even though someone is using more of their resources. Without net neutrality an ISP can throttle the traffic of Sling TV to th…

It's got nothing to do with the number of providers you have, NN has to do with how those providers treat the internet traffic you're sending and receiving. If all the ISP's decided that one day they didn't like Alex Jones they could lower the speed of any requests to his website. They could effectively censor his content without actually destroying the link to it.

This is the saddest post I've read so far today. Even worse, there's no way to fix it.

Just no man, not in America at least.
/r/seduction23/08/17 04:54 AM

You think biting is okay but touching is not? The fuck man???
/r/seduction22/08/17 02:42 PM

I completely agree, but the guy above me didn't understand why using a condom wouldn't be fullproof.
/r/seduction11/01/17 04:03 PM

Because sex is messy and condoms are never fully guaranteed to work, only ~99.8% or whatever it is.

Where is the gym? I'm honestly trying to help here because what you're saying doesn't make a lot of sense to me and I think you can get into just about any open facility on campus. http://imgur.com/olDcaSC I'm aware of how activity fees work and those go towards the upkeep of those facilities, so it's more of a subsidy. If it really is the activity fee then I would approach the board that distributes the activity fee and ask them if you can pay into it in order to get access to recreational faci…

People go to the library to study, not socialize.

Not to try and call you out but I called a few numbers at Stanford to ask about restrictions on faculty/graduate/postdoc access and was told that every facility was open and there were no restrictions assuming you have your SUID (which I'm sure you do).

I have never seen that at any of the schools in my area (Upenn, temple, Drexel) or back up at Rutgers.... Where do you go?

Attraction certainly is based on looks. Not the whole package but it's definitely important.

Can't find the exact thread where I was reading but here's what I remember. Sitting across from someone on a date is a bit like being interviewed. There's back and forth questioning and that's about it. By sitting on the same side as your date you do a couple of things. First of all it's different, most girls wouldn't expect it. If she's on the date then she's interested in you and probably won't mind sitting next to you. Next is perspective. By sitting on opposite sides of a table you're both l…

Great examples of stuff to do at home, thank you so much! I'm not very experienced either so this was very helpful.

Don't focus on it too much. The guide that /u/authenticsociallife linked is very good but in reality texting should only be used to schedule meetups. It is way to easy to kill a vibe or attraction through bad texting. Just some things to keep in mind: Match her style. If he likes emojis or whatever throw a few in. If she double or triple texts feel free to do that. If she sends a paragraph feel free to make your messages a little longer. Text her back when you see the text unless you don't feel …

I never thought about life as a game. Whenever I think about game I think about a stupid, unexplained method of getting women. I think about being someone that I'm not in order to get a positive end result and so far haven't been able to do that. I think I'll start treating my life more like a game. There are serious and important parts, but the rest of it should be dedicated to having fun. Thanks for the post!

You care way too much about what other people think of you. She thought you were a creep because you stared, he made fun of you for being alone, who the fuck cares? When you went to the bar you need to have a mission. Your options are: I'm relaxing and trying to enjoy a few good drinks I'm trying to socialize with some new people I'm trying to fuck someone With your mission in mind you need to immediately act once you get inside the bar. Grab a beer, survey the situation, make eye contact with s…

Coffee is never a bad option. Sit next to her though, don't sit on the opposite side of the table.

Women always want to be approached. Sometimes it takes the right guy, but in reality all women are ready to be approached at any time. If she's got her headphones in or she's on a laptop, she might be busy so she wouldn't be open to talking. Otherwise I'd just say "Mind if I sit here?" and start from there. Where she is going, where she's coming from, what she did / is going to do in those places and then work into a conversation.

I had a similar problem. Comes down to this basically... You had her in your bed. ALL THE HARD WORK WAS DONE AT THAT POINT. You should have just made a move, kissed her, and gauge the reaction. If she liked it, great go to town for a while, then keep pushing the limit until she said stop. If she says stop, just say "whatever makes you comfortable" and go back to what you were doing before. She might let you try again, but always listen to what she wants. You were being Beta by saying that you we…

Just an add-on. Don't communicate any of that over text messaging, do all of that in person. Use texting only for meeting up with a girl.

Is it possible that with the addition of money you were able to gain the other skills on the list, or did you already have them to begin with?

If she throws the idea out there then it's fine. What would you have told her "No fuck that movie let's go do this instead"? Sure if it was a great idea, but a movie is always a solid way to go.

Amen to this. I'm having the same problem in the real world and she's flaked twice on me in 3 weeks. I'm done with her until she wants to start a dialogue again. In the mean time I'll keep going after other potentials....cause I'm a man damnit.

That will also be the day that you realise it's not up to the woman to choose you, but up to you to choose the woman. Holy shit, I've literally done all of those things about a year ago and you just summarized it perfectly, and I think this is probably the most empowering sentence I've read in relation to this transformation. Initially TRP made a lot of sense because I had some unsavory experience with women, but I realized a few months later that I had no reason to be mad or bitter. I stuck aro…

While there is a lot of terrible stuff in there you will actually find a lot of really good information on confidence. Obviously not a popular opinion but it is true.

I'd like to reiterate a very important point of this book and then re-approach it. "If you want to be great with women, you have to learn to NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK what anyone thinks of you." This is absolutely true. But you should also keep this in mind. If you want to be great, you have to learn to NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK what anyone thinks of you. You advice applies to everything in life, not just dating women. Thank you for offering this to us.

Why in the hell would you put yourself through the misery of creating an entire organization like this just for being Alpha. It's fucking stupid. I've got a better idea. Be the Alpha. Join a frat that's close enough to what you're looking for, become a leader there. The organization is already set up, you just need to make it your own at the point. Recruit alpha's, create the circle and brotherhood that you want your fraternity to represent, and then do whatever the fuck you want. And pledging, …

Is there absolutely no possibility of lifting, even just a little, maybe even just body weight?I understand that heart issues can sideline people but I've never heard of them completely handicapping a person's ability to do any exercise. It would certainly help your confidence.
