i think the tax exemption from donating to nonprofits should be extended same with what you can invest tax free that way people are incentivized to save money. having it so that we could directly choose where a portion of the tax money we still have to pay would go. i would think choosing where your tax money would go would be better than voting in such a situation that way voting loses a lot more of its meaning.
