I guess I was not in that mindset, plus I was in a LTR (8yrs) but it always takes time to incorporate certain habits into your life and make it consistent so that it becomes natural. 1	What are some foods to avoid? I'm intermittent fasting as well and it's great. If you want to know more I suggest you read "Delay Don't Deny" by Gin Stephens, it's an easy read and he explains the concept of fasting very well. During my 8hrs windows I eat mostly whole food and I try to avoid snacking and processed food as much as possiblle.
