Just out of curiosity, and this is probably a stupid question, but what happened with the Kama Sutra and Tantraism? Don't people read it in India? How can they be so sexually conservative when the notion that sexuality was considered a path to the divine arose in India (unless I'm mistaken about the origins of these things)?

Because it requires slightly more cleverness and wit than merely calling her a profane name or impotently dismissing her with some other profanity. Additionally, if it is done with a smile (not necessarily a physically expressed smile), while remaining calm, then you don't sink to the emotional level of the person who made the insult, and you don't look like a weakling who lets an insult go without a redress.

Say, with a completely serious deadpan, "Hmmm, I can see why you'd think that, what with your freakishly long giraffe neck . . . " while staring at her neck like you would an interesting, but disgusting bug, "But, we're actually the same height." (<--- Say it even if it is a lie.) Don't sink to their level. If you have some residual hostility, take it out on a punching bag. Imagine your self beating the cunt with your fists.

It's more complicated than "women were oppressed / now they are equal." Not to delve too much into it, but things have only gotten better for women from a wealthy socio-economic background. Things still suck for poor women, and arguably suck worse for poor men. Historically, there have always been powerful women who have been the equal of any man in fact, if not by law. Another to remember is that women had less rights because they were "protected," as child-bearing vessels, whereas men had more…

In my experience, a 7 or even a 6 in the looks department with an outstanding character, intelligence, personality, experience, skill-set etc. is a 15-20, compared to a girl who is merely a 10-11 in the looks department, and not much else, to use the PUA's oversimplified criteria. Also, to be realistic, the 6-7s are WAY more common-place and the odds are better at snagging them as a lifemate, which is what I want I guess. Not every guy wants that. It has been my unfortunate experience that most …

But he's just the male version of all the embittered intelligent single females complaining about how there are no good (rich) men around, you know, the ones you may have nodded your head sympathetically to at one point? A lot of men feel EXACTLY the way he does. I'm not sure they're better for not articulating their feelings. Maybe more calculating, but definitely not brave. Additionally, your critique of what he said seemed to revolve around how it affected your perception of his image as an a…

Wow. Massive insecurity issues. He'd have been better off just to have either ignored them, or given them a nice dead-pan one-liner kiss-off. Way too much effort being put into trying to put a bunch of snarks in their place. Oh well. Nobody's perfect.

Ever notice how fat girls try to guilt non-fat guys into sleeping with them? They say things like, "What about my inner beauty?" (Usually they have none.) And then, when you ask them why aren't they hitting on some fat guy, they're like, "He's not my type." Of course, plenty of fat guys are guilty of the same "no fat chicks" hypocrisy.

I noticed that and found it depressing. I think women look at him and think, "How am I supposed to enslave that and make it go out and buy me things?" Then they move on to someone weaker.

I had no expectations for how he would describe himself. However, when I see someone make an "I am" statement, I feel it my duty to jump in and remind them to separate the trait or behavior from their identity. I know too many people people who have "I am'd" themselves into a variety of mental prisons, myself included. I.e. I failed a test, therefore I am stupid or bad at math. Instead of: I failed a test, therefore I needed to have studied harder. I.e. The girl and I didn't get along, therefore…

"I [a]m a . . . socially awkward . . . and has few friends." First of all, be careful with using "I am" statements. This traps you into thinking that a set of behaviors you acquired over a period of time for complex reasons is actually an immutable part of your identity. This makes changing those behaviors difficult, because you associate them too much with your real self, your body, your person, your identity, and not say merely accessories like clothes, that you can change at will if they beco…

Yeah, just make sure you don't borrow a bunch of money to go to one, and then become a debt slave. First, go to a public library and study independently for 6 months to a year, before deciding what course of study to pursue. And then ask yourself if you really need a college credential to pursue that course and become successful in that field. Women like financial success, not credentials with nothing to show for it. Debt slavery does not moisten panties.

Ugh, a trend follower. What are the benefits to the hippy chicks? I've been contemplating asking one out. I'm turned off by drug use though.

Two scenarios I've experienced: The religious person rebels from all of the pent-up sexual repression and fucks your brains out; I got to experience this back in college. The religious person may or may not want to fuck your brains out, but they'd rather wait until after you married them; in the interim, look forward to a best-case scenario of fantastic alternative sexual favors, and a worst-case scenario of nothing but hand-holding. In my case, it was incompetently delivered sexual favors over …

Lol. You forgot to mention that each one is a unique nonconformist individual . . . just like all of her friends!

How about: "Well, that depends on how much I like a girl." And, let's see: "Well, I'll give you a hint, (knock on leg, or maybe grab her hand and touch your left leg with it), this isn't really my left leg."

Any idea where to find quality clothes on a budget? I don't mind spending money if I feel I'm getting value. But I only feel I get value from say, wrinkle-free dress shirts; you spend extra money on them, but they are easy to clean, and you need only clean them once a month, provided that you rotate them on a daily basis, don't stink them up, and don't stain them with anything. ; ) The problem is finding quality clothes that convey some personality. For example, I'm not really big into shirts wi…
