I don't quite agree. Real Women know that a marriage is a partnership in which both parties have something to contribute. That something can be financial, but not all things are easily monetizable. While they won the case, the judge basically agreed with the defendants, they just disagreed with their methods of solving the problem. The real issue can be better viewed when considering the "ladies night" situation. Basically women get charged less for admission and charged less for drinks. This is outright discrimination, but one that people want because a place with a lot of women is good for men.
