Not allegations or reports that are unsubstantiated - hence the highest number of potentially false cases (yes, some of the others could be false as well, but they seem unlikely to be so to me), but rather the number that are provably false - the lowest possible number. 1	Rachael Jankins crossed two lanes of traffic and hit Gallo and Bochanski from behind without even trying to stop. Gallo, 19, was killed instantly. Police are STILL deciding whether to file charges or NOT. After all, it isn't Rachael's fault, her ipod is to blame...
