I'd argue, especially with regard to modern history, blacks are far more creative than whites, they dominant the music industry and have for the past few hundred years. 1	Who made the app tho Well the first thing that comes to mind for me is the carbon filament in light bulbs and the modern gas mask, pretty sure a black guy also invented the modern process of synthesis.
