Angela Merkel, the woman who is willingly flooding Germany with rapefugees, is considered conservative and tough on foreign policy?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/17 01:26 AM

This is one of those feel good TRP messages for the sad saps. Women are the gatekeepers of sex and relationships at most levels. Men only start becoming the gatekeepers of commitment at the higher SMV levels.

How very fortunate then there are plenty of non feminist women that want non feminist men and vice versa.

You can surrender the child to the state at any moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 07:04 PM

And that's reasonable as well. She can get an abortion, or surrender the child to the state at any moment.

It's interesting, but everyone has a different concept of human rights. Like that crazy feminist psychopath posting recently who believe that if men and tax payers aren't literally paying for her abortions, and contraceptives her rights are being trampled on.

BPers just can't help to treat every single statement as an absolute slander against women and chomp at the bit to be able to white knight even when no offense was given.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 05:32 AM

So then why even bring up that the man hating feminism is a minority (it's not) if it's not relevant in the first place? Twist yourself into knots more.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 04:35 AM

You can say a lot of things about feminists but the male tears drinking kill all meninists are a minority. And that minority outnumbers every single TRP misogynist by more than 50:1

I think you misunderstood me. We do not need to evolve because there is no selective pressure to evolve. If women were dying in child birth then either the gene for desiring tall men would die out or a gene for having wider hips would spread. However, since we have C-sections women can continue to have babies they otherwise couldn't with no selective pressure being placed on them to evolve.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 12:25 AM

In the interest of justice. This is a very hard concept for the selfish nature of women to grasp. "If I wants it, I deserves it"
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 12:21 AM

Depending on the environment, that's not a bad trade off all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/17 12:20 AM

We don't need to evolve though. Women that would normally die in childbirth now receive C-sections. This will probably continue until C-sections are simply the normal way to give birth.

Can we get a working definition of exactly it means to be shallow? Because being tall and handsome are more intrinsic to a person's identity than their wealth. Or at least that's how I would argue it. But then neither of those things say anything about a person's character and "self" which is what we really want to be loved for.

I've seen you say before that fighting for men's issues feels like an uphill battle. That people's minds seem to be teflon coated when it comes to thinking about men compassionately. You may logically corner them in an extended debate into agreeing men have it shitty, but then after that they immediately regress and continue to hold their old believes. This seems to be pretty biologically ingrained stuff a la disposable male, so do you ever believe the fight for men's rights is pointless?

It's funny you didn't recognize my response as tongue in cheek. The point I was making is that's it's so easy to call people names, call people insecure, call people unreflective, and then retreat into classic replies like the one you just responded with. It's intellectually lazy at best and dishonest at worse.

It's interesting how BPers cherry pick exactly what should libertarian and should be authoritarian. Women being slut shamed? Misogyny that must be addressed by society. Men being incel shamed? It's my right to shame and demean people as much as I want. Women only wanting top 20% of men? It's just the free sexual market place. Women only making 77 cents for every dollar a man earns? Mandatory gender quotas.

Every ones goal in life to be happy and achieve certain goals and this is just how some women choose to do it. Yeah and a man's goal is to not be used by a woman for his resources. Competing sexual strategies. So if you see nothing wrong with this then you see nothing wrong with men pumping and dumping women and never offering commitment except as a carrot on a stick.

Silencing your interlocutor is the worst and most childish thing you can do. If the feminists didn't agree with what they had to say they could simply listen and make counterpoints or not listen and go about their day. When you try to deplatform someone and take away their voice it is precisely because you fear they may have good points to make that you don't want to hear.

You're simply moving the goals posts after having said something ineffably idiotic and being called out on it. The whole point of your post was comparing the suffragettes to the MRA. Look at the suffragettes - that's effective opposition that lead to real change. Men's rights has a long way to go to get there. These are your words. Directly quoted. You clearly compared the two, but if you want to play semantics and pretend you didn't, be my guest.

First, aren't you burying the lede? Alimony still exists, which means men are still receiving it. That was my entire point. Men are still receiving alimony but only because it would hurt more women than it would help by removing it. If women were making more money than men NOW would have called alimony sexist and abolished it. Second, NOW doesn't make laws. Third, between the FL State Senate and the State House, women only hold 25% of the state legislature. Which means that upholding alimony law…

Not really. I know in Florida (I think) there were an increasing number of stay at home or non primary bread winning husbands receiving alimony when their wives divorced them. Well since women are now being hurt by alimony laws now is the time to take a look at them. Well NOW (Feminism HQ) stepped in and decided that even if some men were getting away with alimony it would still hurt more women than benefit them if alimony was taken off the books. So alimony is still on the books. There's your e…

Hypergamy 101. Female physicians aren't going to be satisfied with Brandon shilling used cars or Matthew working in low level insurance. Women date up. And when you're at the top of the earning ladder there isn't much to move up to, and the few men that are above them are in fierce demand. High value men also aren't going to seek out women in prestigious jobs either.

Okay I understand now. This is all becoming terribly philosophical and abstract. It also hinges on everyone's definition of "shallow" and what a person really is. Most people when probed about who/what they are what identify that "what" more as their consciousness rather than their collection of genes. Exactly. She even bluntly told me that. And when I said then just let me be the leader. She said she had too much anxiety and couldn't just relinquish control to me and that I had to "fight" her for it. I mean this is some very blunt red pill shit. I can kind of understand all the bloops who don't believe every girl is like this or haven't experienced this kind of shit.

I feel like women audition men for their lives. Every girl I've ever been with has had a laundry list of criteria for what she thought a man should be like to have a spot in her life. After a while it's always felt like I was jumping through hoops to appease this girl that didn't even really like me but some character she wanted me to be. It all comes back to the "just be yourself" meme. Most men just want a woman to love them for themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 09:31 PM
1

But you're together right? A lot of guys can't make it pass the "talking to girls" stage. Treating girls like bros, though not TRP approved, is a form of game that I believe can work given the right equation.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 08:42 PM

I can almost guarantee you you're missing out some crucial component. Most of the time when I see men who have improved their lives, they get more attractive but due to lack of socialization still suck at the actual flirting. Socialization is not something you can learn online and if you're in a small community chances are you're already labeled as an incel. That's my two cents. I also always think it's better to keep trying. At one point is the effort not worth the reward is a personal matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 08:41 PM
2

See, you're thinking as a man. You're thinking about the mechanics of the actual sex. What women really like about big dicks is just the psychological aspect of it. They love just looking at a big cock and thinking "Wow, that's huge". It's a dominance thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 08:38 PM
5

Small dicks are inferior though, don't get mixed up. The insult would have no weight if that weren't the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 07:52 PM
10

What about them? They've been tricked. They're incentive is they get to be "the good guys" to save women from awful non-feminist men. It's a tale as old as time.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 07:51 PM

It's because feminism is just a power play. Feminists want the social power to be able to shame and humiliate you, while taking away your power to shame and humiliate them.

The thing about romcoms that bothers me the most is I think they are bar none the most trope filled, go by the script, easy to predict movies to exist. Every time I have ever watched a romcom it's like going down a checklist. Okay now this happens, now this happens, then this, insert cliche romcom trope #13 here, and done.

Intelligence is only indirectly sexy in that it can be used to generate direct sexiness. If you're intelligent you probably have a good chance of being higher up on the social pecking order, are probably good at future planning and are able to support yourself and others, and just generally put yourself in favourable positions in life. No woman has ever looked at a nerd solving differential equations and gotten wet.

TRP is more likely to advocate throwing a young man in the woods to fend for himself for a week and having him fend for himself as a rite of passage than sitting him on a stool and telling him he's better than 50% of the population by virtue of being male. I can't seem to find the actual experiment, but there was an experiment done about the amount of choices people are given and their contentment. Group A were given a painting. The more partners a woman the less chance she's actually going to be content with you.

Is that why a common TRP teaching is "Women should be a compliment to your life, never the main course"? And why they preach obsessively about having a mission in life not related to women? She seems to still hate herself and have self esteem issue. Just now with male validation and a shitty attitude. I can see why OP would be upset. I'd still say it's none of his business though.

I agree. I've moved on from the monogamous disney dream and now practice a sort of almost meditative serial monogamy. I enjoy each LTR and FWB as they come along and then say my good byes and move on when they end. Monogamy in today's world is a pipe dream at best.

The only reason you would do this is if you'd failed at making friends amongst your family's social circle, your schoolmates, and your workmates. Or you currently have friends and would like to expand your social in new directions. If you've failed to make make and maintain any meaningful friendships and relationships after all of these opportunities, then you should probably take a long, hard look at yourself, before you start sexually harassing random strangers on the street. If you've failed …

Because you want to make new friends outside of school and work.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/16 12:46 AM

Genuinely curious; how do you meet new people and approach strangers in the UK?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/16 12:37 AM

I screwed up plenty of times and had cops talk to me, got fired from work because of it, but at the end of the day, I got the results I was looking for. Do you believe these are acceptable risks and costs for everyone to incur? The fact that this is in fact what happened, if it did, means you're either doing something very very wrong or the whole game is far more fucked than I even thought it was.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/16 12:05 AM
2

I'm not saying I don't believe you, I just personally have never seen it. All the people I have ever known on the spectrum at all are abysmally far away from anything approaching a romantic relationship. Just normal guys that are introverted and aren't about the party life struggle. This could just be cultural differences.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/16 11:19 PM
2

Is this real? Is this actually a thing in the world right now or is this just some internet SJW shenanigans. I have never explicitly asked a girl for permission, to touch, kiss, fuck, sodomize, or cum on her face. And here I am somehow not in jail.

I absolutely love a well maintained pussy garden. In my opinion it makes women look more feminine. It's a secondary sexual characteristic. Bald pussies just look more childish.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/16 09:39 PM

I'm always curious what your actual opinions are. You have a blue tag but a lot of the shit you say seems like undercover red pill shit while also making fun of TRP. Like a meta level of game. You're at least purple leaning.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/16 06:56 PM
2

I was being very sarcastic. Just being yourself is absolutely garbage worthless advice. I'm pretty sure your problem is as you say that you're borderline autistic. Girls can spot that shit from 100 nautical miles away. So the best advice anyone can give you is craft your normie persona to perfection and you might get lucky. Social disabilities are a dating death sentence.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/16 06:55 PM
6

The problem I have with TRP and PUA is they are both too systematizing. Life is and intersexual dynamics are so fluid and hard to pin down if you just rigidly follow the scripts you'll fail. As you've noted you're following all the advice and still not seeing any success.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/16 06:21 PM

The title of the OP is literally "If Alimony didn't exist men would be more likely to swap wives for younger ones". Do you not see why it might be an evolved sexual strategy for men to want young women?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/16 06:15 PM

I always wondered why when men exercise their sexual strategy it's bad for society and must be restrained, but when women exercise their (equally socially damaging) sexual strategy all I ever hear is a chorus of "Lol free sexual market place bro".

And if RPers expect to ask women to sacrifice their careers and bear their children without the legal protection of marriage, as RP seems to want a traditional-style relationship, it is just as, if not more, "risky and potentially devastating for arguably little return." I disagree. A lot of literature is about the human condition and I don't think there's much that's more human than our sexuality. I am actually surprised at it's lack of appearance in most modern novels.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/16 02:47 PM
2

My assumption is that this is because we associate those traits with love. Or maybe the opposite. I think someone on PPD made a thread where their theory was a lot of guys pedestalize women because they never got enough affection from their mothers. So they try everything in their power to placate their partner in hope of some of the affection they were never able to get from their partner coming their way. Psychology is complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/16 02:45 PM

I've heard too many women, even in this thread I see it, express that they want a man like their father. And that's just the women that openly express that opinion. I can't imagine how many aren't self aware enough to make the observation. I've also seen many men wash up on the rocks of heart ache by trying to find their mother in their girlfriend. Freud was definitely onto something here I think.

Then you don't understand what reproductively valuable means. Women are reproductively valuable because their eggs and uteruses are limited resources for the perpetuation of the species. Male children and pets have nothing to do with the propagation of our species. Male children aren't sexually capable, and we can't reproduce with animals. You don't understand evolution. This logic doesn't follow. Male babies are cute, but are not reproductively valuable. Pets are cute, but are not reproductively valuable. Yes it does. What's your definition of success? If it's banging hundreds of women then no, that domain is reserved exclusively for Chad. Back on the Savannah a man's commitment probably meant life or death for a lot of women. In today's world of assured provisioning and thirsty as fuck men not so much. So I agree that social and economic pressures have moved women away from valuing commitment but their brains are still out there on the Savannah.

And before you rush in to say I am just dating the wrong type I forgot there was no escape. Whatever justifies what you think. I mean I'm only offering anecdotes after all. Self aware Lol. "This person's experiences don't conform to mine. Let me shoehorn in a contrived psychoanalysis at all costs"

It all comes down to the meaning of life. We're all just building sand castles on the shore until we're all swept away. What kind of castles you build is largely a matter of taste.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/16 05:34 AM

Then go for it. Like I said I personally think you'll wake up one fine morning and think to yourself "my god, what a young ruddy fool I was to waste those years in such degeneracy. But maybe I'll wake up and regret having not engaged in such "celebrations of youth". It's your life.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/16 05:30 AM

I'm pretty sure TRP is pretty accepting of the clubbing/drinking/partying scene. At least I've never seen any repudiation of it. I personally think it's degenerate. I'd say the ideal life is something you have to craft for yourself. Build a life you're proud of. A career, a hobby, an interest, a pursuit, a lover. The only reason TRP disparages marriage is because it's legally not a good idea, which I agree with. Philosophically they're not opposed to it.

Do you believe single people are unhappy because of a stigma against single people?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/16 05:13 AM

Every woman I have ever been with has responded positively the worse I treat her. I don't get off on that either, it's just a sad fact. /r/PurplePillDebate23/11/16 05:11 AM
12

People aren't really meant to be happy. Love is an evolutionary trick to get us to reproduce. Happiness is the carrot that is constantly dangled in front of us to engage in gene spreading behavior. Single people are lonely and unhappy. Couples are tired of putting up with each other's shit and think they can do better.

It makes the betrayal all the more hurtful. Honestly it's his decision. All I am saying is that the people saying it's his obligation to continue caring for a child that isn't his are full of shit. There are lots of valid points to criticize TRP on. However, when you come off as vindictive and hyperbolic, and then point to TRP and screech "Look how vindictive and hyperbolic they are" it really takes away from your message. You seem to have the same axe to grind as the people you are grinding it against.

I mean, you could be right. I'm sure some women get completely blind sided. for example when the "Angry Nintendo Nerd" got flack for refusing to see Ghostbusters '16, there were cringey mra posts everywhere about how brave he was. To be fair SJWs do this too. "Brave woman stands up to patriarchy by not shaving her pits." It's all tedious and boring. But people love feeling oppressed and important.

I've always thought that one of TRP's biggest problems is it attracts people on the spectrum that have no idea about social dynamics or nuance and are looking to systematize things as much as possible.

I guess my point is that everything comes down to the biological. The reasons those cultural structures exist is because they are emergent properties of our biology. Genes that find themselves in male bodies that take extreme measures to suppress cuckoldry are going to replicate and genes that don't won't. It's that simple.

The specific study I was referring to was interesting in the fact that paternity/cuckoldry rates were only an incidental finding. It was really a study related to blood and they collected data from families and just happened to find out that the rate of people who weren't the actual fathers of their kids was extremely high. I don't even believe they told any of their subjects. Like you, I really wish I could find the study again.

I've seen equally disturbing statistics for modern families, but the numbers seem to vary quite a bit depending on what you read.

And when you consider how important lineage was in the past (for things like passing on wealth) its no surprise so much effort was put on assuring paternity. Lineage is not important for passing on wealth but passing on genes. Any genes that made room for cuckoldry would find themselves very swiftly without a ship to sail into the next generation.

This is my interpretation of the situation. A lot of gamers are probably between beta and omega males. They have probably been faced with a lot of rejection and torment at the hands of opposite sex and no small part of that torment might have involved video games. Now that video games are somewhat popular, mainstream, and even fashionable in certain circles, it probably irritates these men who have been rejected partly for their hobby to now face a literal infiltration of women trying to tell th…

I'd like to thread hijack for a bit. Women who like men with tattoos: why? Is it masculine? Is it a certain culture or image you like?

Men form brotherhoods to accomplish mutual goals. Hunting megafauna and fighting for and against empires requires a shared goal and a brotherhood. Once these goals disappear so does the brotherhood. I think women form a sisterhood in a much more sustained and and sexually selective way. Yeah women will throw a specific woman under the bus for a desirable sexual opportunity but when it comes down to team man vs team woman, team woman is choosing team woman and team man is choosing team woman.

Men and women are different' is true, but has always been twisted by men to push for societal norms which limit men's influence Men and women are different = men should get a job to support a family Men and women are different = men should always be dominant and aggressive Men and women are different = men need to control their sexual impulses because they're animals Men and women are different = men should not be stay at home parents or otherwise unemployed because they are worthless and not pu…

Non American here. The only reason I think Trump is a reasonable choice is because it's just a big fuck you to the whole system. If that guy really got in as president all of you would have to quietly sit down and contemplate what has brought you to this dark place. And the Democrats and Clintons are no small term in that equation.

What's your opinion on the data pool being a very specific demographic? Specifically a dating site where we might expect to see far thirstier men than women that might not have succeeded in the usually local SMP.

So women seek out hot attractive players in their youth and reliable providers in their maturity is just a case of personality maturation and has nothing to do with any TRP concepts such as AF/BB? Or do you deny this dynamic even exists or that exists but TRP is off the mark in their description of it?

You're an outspoken female supremacist. Just like the male supremacists of TRP those feeling are usually born by being burned by the opposite sex. And things may work out for you in the sense that you get your way and will never face retribution for you actions but it's my opinion that a psychologically well adjusted person doesn't speak of flippantly using their spouse in the way you implied when you said "But my man now is the one I'm going to stay with, at least for a while. ;)".
