I too have a foreskin. The secret to peeing without making a mess is to pull the foreskin back to uncover your urethra - without the foreskin covering the urethra, you should be able to pee without it going everywhere. If people believe in gender equality, there are two possible solutions: Systematic and equal effort for both genders: Seat AND lid moved to down position after every use, meaning that the next person to use the toilet will need to move the toilet to their preferred configuration, be they male or female.
