Yes, initially sex drive, then it morphed into ED because my brain is on defensive mode and is afraid of opening myself up and create connections. I've dated and gone out with a few women since the divorce but I was only able to have sex with the one I felt safe and connected with. Anyone else, the mind is willing but the flesh does not cooperate.

Have you sought counseling?

I waited probably 6 months and should have waited longer, not for any other reason than emotional healing. We had separated and I moved out 6 months prior to the dissolution and tried to just fool around but I wasn't ready. I came from a marriage from a manipulative, Active Narcissist so I needed extra time to heal.

1.5 later, same. But, I feel stronger and more comfortably independent than ever. I’m not ready to date but I am using the time for some healing , therapy and me time. Granted, 2020 gave me more me time than I wanted. Lol.

Dr. Ramani Durvasula I've watched 2-3 of her videos, they are good. The ones I watched really helped identify the tricks and coercion that was bombarding me. Thanks for the suggestion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
