Honestly I forgot an even bigger issue which is that profs generally don't mark the essays. Worst case is it's real and it's just an angry TA who will get removed and the assignment will likely get regraded by the prof who actually knows more about it all.

In Canada I'm fairly sure it's 18 for everything, before that to 16 is within 5 years or somethig like that. But yes, age of concent does vary, the repercussions should be based on where they are. Though if there were threats involved, age doesn't matter really no matter the age. That's abusive, on top with it being with a kid, which is just even more fucked up. I sure hope the kid is able to live a normal life and doesn't have a hard time with sex and all after this

When I used to run, I was trying really hard to beat a 4 minute mile (I got mono and quit for a couple months, changed to bodybuilding). I got close one time and looked up the fastest time. Me as a 15 and a half year old was nowhere close to the male best, but I was only a couple seconds behind the female best, and this is after only about a month and a half of not so strict training Also, these videos aren't available in Canada. school like this for me too. I never heard the end of girls complaints about how girls had a really tough dress code. Guys needed suit and tie.
