How rich does one has to get exactly? In my experience earning 5x-6x the median salary is nothing, I think you have be at least in the 1% for your income to make a difference.

Azerbaijan would probably be a better bet.Georgia and Armenia are fairly westernized, not that different from Belarus & Ukraine, from what I've heard from my colleagues & on the RUnet.

I don’t see ai partners as an exclusively male thing. A third of character ai users are female and I remember a lot of girls on the cai subreddit complaining about their e-husbandos gettinf dumber after the nsfw filters were implemented. Eastern European countries have a higher female to male ratio due to men dying early, check out the population pyramids. In Russia there are slightly more men than women in 0-35 age bracket and significantly more women in 45+ bracket

Belarusian guy here. Capital punishment was used by Lukashenko to get rid of his political opponents in his early carrier. Death penalties in Belarus were and are carried in a way that even executioners don't know the person they're killing, making it the ideal mean for silent purges. There aren't many executions carried out nowadays since Luka doesn't have any real opposition.

By saying 'different things' he meant stuff like personality, character, hobbies - that kind of stuff. Although those things can be variable: i.e. girls can be into buff guys, pretty boys, or '''''nerds'''''. The ideal looks are more or less the same for everyone: defined jaw, positive eye-tilt, tall etc.
