1	White men here Randomly Announcing Their Racial Preferences Like I Give A Fuck, Come Get The Smoke It’s not that Jamaica has better sprinters, it’s that they actually find most of the top sprinters they have amongst their tiny population (due to track and field being extremely important and popular in Jamaica). Also they find them at a very young age too. I’m sure in America(African Americans) or west Africa there are naturally gifted fast sprinters who would be able to beat usain bolts record if they received the exact same training and upbringing as him. Sprinting in Jamaica is the equivalent of basketball or football in America.
