When they try to weasel back in casually Make it clear you don’t want to hear from them unless they have an apology. Don’t explain any further, even if they ask. It’ll lead to them framing the entire thing as you not being clear enough. And they’ll question your standards. Your standards should never be in question/discussed. Just accepted. Applying this principal changed my game. I’ve had the crazy come up again and again with different girls and being nice and not showing I’m offended has more often than not brought me good results. Her "loveliness" has an inverse relationship with how much you commitment you invest. But for some girls, the gradient is not too steep. I read somewhere that it's like a point system. Being hot gives you 1 point. Being nice gives you a "0", so you add it and it becomes 10. This continues, keep adding 0s. Being able to cook = 100 Good at blowing = 1000 Smart = 10000 Good at FIFA = 1000000000000000000000000 So if you have many positive traits without being hot, you still have 0 points.

I like to lie down in my bed and just observe my thoughts for 15-30 mins. Let the brain do/think whatever it wants and I just observe. I usually feel serene after that.
