I mean, often asking a woman to smile is a form if harassment. It's usually a statement made to patronize or sexualize a woman ans the person who says this line often has other behavior that shows harassment. He's very clear on denouncing bad teachings (I think it was Corinthians of the top of my head, but I could be wrong about that). A man who is looking to the Bible to inform his relationships and sexual partners doesn't use language that calls all women sluts. There was just as much immorality back then as there is now, that's literally the point of the old testament. It doesn't work like that. Some of the most memorable lines in proverbs are about how a good wife is the greatest blessing in the world. And if you believe all women are sluts then you REALLY are missing the point in Ruth, David, Hosea, John 4, Deborah, and many other passages.
