2	I really need to lay off the booze. Its fucking my life up. I loved my daily/nightly martinis, enjoyed them thoroughly and never associated them with being depressed or overwhelmed. It was always a reward for a hard day at work or a home project. But eventually it just made me feel stupid; I can't drive to the gym, or the store afterwards. Also I got easily dehydrated so I had a health concern as well. All I drink now is one beer a day, so far that has worked to satisfy the craving while keeping me engaged with life. Having said that, clearly there are fewer pitfalls with a M-to-M lifestyle. No pregnancy, few if any false rape accusations.
