2	Improving yourself is worth it. Well for the most part looks is the only reason, if girls all of a sudden decided fat was sexy you can bet your ass I'd be down at McDonald's knocking back quarter pounders. As it is, you would be amazed how much differently people treat you after you gain 40lbs of muscle.
