I can't believe this happens in the workplace but last summer I had to make a bathroom policy stating that we are all adults and can attend to our own bathroom needs. I never said that catcalling isn't creepy, I absolutely hate it when my girlfriend gets catcalled, it's miserable. What I suggested is that phrases like "how are you doing this morning?" And "have a great day" shouldn't be considered catcalling and certainly shouldn't be considered sexual assault. TED talks have completely jumped the shark. It began with the fucking female inmates singing for the majority of their time and playing the fucking victim while literally serving a prison sentence. I don't think that's the issue they have. I think they consider the fact that there are homeless women a problem when really if we were to reduce the number of homeless women the percentage of homeless people that are male would only increase further.
