It is closer to a lack of self-awareness. This extends to men as well. People just aren't forced to override their feelings with introspective examination. This lack of understanding causes bad behaviors to be perpetuated indefinitely.

Monk mode doesn't mean no interaction, just no sexual interaction. Feel free to be social and friendly.

I have been trimming fat and gaining muscle mass for the last 2 years. Went from 220 lbs @ ~33% body fat in late 2013 to 180 lbs @ ~19% body fat currently. I cycle mass gain and fat burning week to week, usually in 2 week cycles. I find I lose about half a pound of body fat per cycle.

It seems random but clearly we just do not understand all of the underlying mechanisms involved in the disease. The best theory is that Ulcerative Colitis and Chron's Disease are similar to schizophrenia -- they are the symptoms of multiple disorders or issues compounding and/or enabling each other. Overactive immune responses are generally an indicator for risk of IBD.

Fellow UC'er here. Thus far mine has progressed slowly (now affects the entire colon) and kept in check by medication. I have started drinking kombucha to help with symptom management. Only started a week ago though, so any benefits at this point could be placebo-effect. Good luck though man!

I must have been the rare guy that binged World of Warcraft in highschool that was charismatic in the game (including the use of voice chat) but more reserved in person. I've come to grips with this and have incorporated my online persona into my real-life personality. When I made that change, I felt whole again.

Point still stands. You can't shoot for shit and you are asking about rifles for hunting. Start with a used Remington 700 with decent glass. Should cost around 500 to 600. Stick to .243 or .270 caliber.
/r/TheRedPill20/02/16 09:38 PM

Well aren't we a genius. You might have realized that someone may want to acquire a rifle and shoot targets before taking it hunting right? Not much use in learning to shoot shit if you haven't ever pulled the trigger.

7.62x54r is just a touch smaller than the .300 WIN Mag. Though as far as hunting rounds go, 7.62x54r will definitely get the job done and make some noise. I feel like 30-30 and .270 is all most guys need, unless you are looking at bringing down bull moose and other large game.

Nope, definitely had the right comment thread. You asked about basic and cheap rifles. What purpose will the rifles serve primarily? Hunting or target shooting?

Awesome, thanks for sharing and offering counter points to GLO. His message is good but he knocks on the supplements way too hard. I do think it is important for beginners to not get wrapped up in the supplements. Instead build a good foundation -- develop discipline with a steady workout regimen and schedule. It seems that GLO's message should be restated as such: if you are new to lifting, focus on developing good habits, such as a healthy diet that properly supports muscle development and fol…

BCAAs have helped me go to absolute failure on 5x5 sets whereas without I struggled to get to 5x4 most sessions. I am an intermediate lifter, having been lifting steadily for about 1.5 years.

Over time I imagine the way she described the deceased was increasingly virtuous. After some years the deceased stopped being an average guy and became someone befitting a legend. All this to instill sympathy from anyone she could as the 'love of her life' was ripped so harshly from this plane of existence. I feel like I am making this shit up -- clearly this occurs more than rarely in practice.

Once the realization that women are not perfect creatures hits, you will change your mind. We all have our biological prerogative to fulfill and not enjoying women for who they are (rather than the fantasy beings you may previously believed them to be) will lead to misery. In fact, being a dominant male amongst women is fucking liberating and feels completely natural.

I think child support should be voluntary. Responsibility for a woman's choice in mates should be placed back on women. As it stands now, men need to be their own solution.

Perfect advice. Always display resilience and motivation to succeed even when you fail. I play MTG at a competitive level and never will I show frustration or anger after losing to an opponent. I flip the failure around and try to engage my opponent on what they think I might have done differently. No one likes being in the presence of pure negativity.

I appreciate what you are attempting to do here, however many of these guys have only begun to scratch the surface. Instead, I would appeal to a commonality: if you feel like government is getting as bad as feminism, try learning about voluntarism and free market economics.

This is exactly it. Societies have moved away from centering around warriors (see Sparta, Rome, Holy Roman Empire, Middle Ages during the Crusades) and more toward peaceful occupations.

Have you tried switching to a Keto-friendly diet? Going low-carbohydrate allows you to switch into Ketosis/Ketogenesis. In Ketogenesis, the metabolic pathway does not as easily facilitate fat storage as Glycolosis does. Otherwise just stick to consuming 5% to 25% fewer calories each day to drop the extraneous fat. Depending on your daily caloric needs, 25% calorie deficit per day could have you dropping 0.5% body fat each week.

I am a nerd to the core and I am not a push-over. Hell, even in my pre-enlightenment ignorance I held frame and was always focused on being a better man. Without going to GDC myself to experience the desperate beta-males, I have no idea how these guys could be this way.

Anytime a woman is not excited to fuck you should be a red flag. It just so happens that I hold frame naturally, never betray my emotions and maintain outcome independence in most situations. Otherwise my last LTR would have been exactly what you experienced.

Hold your fingers! Would you not describe a women/man that you find completely unattractive as ugly? Would you describe someone who lacks social skills to be socially awkward? Have you ever considered someone stupid due to observed behavior? These are common qualities used to describe people and you use them when considering people you would associate with. By choosing to not interact with these people you consider them low quality and hence not worth your time.

Just do not pursue the relationship further. Your genetic offspring should be tying you to a woman, not another mans offspring. There is enough bullshit being thrown at you daily, do not compound it.

I still play Counter-Strike Global Offensive competively. I set aside about 12 hours a week to play with my team and view the time spent no differently than if I was engaged in a more physical sport. I work as a software engineer now and have been weight lifting seriously for 3 months now. I am in better mental and physical shape than I have ever been previously in my life. Life is all a game of balancing your time.

This is correct. Most historians agree the Dark Ages were done by 1000 A.D. The middle ages began at the end of the Dark Ages and by 1400 the enlightenment age was on its way.

Ketogenesis smashes cravings. I only eat now because I know I need to, not because I want to. I also eat anything that isn't packed with carbs and feel great. Feels like my brain operates better as well (studies show keto allows the brain more energy).

Anecdotal evidence is typically the foundation for serious scientific inquiry. If 1 million individuals all experience the same thing, then we might consider it as true or having some basis in truth.

This is just it: men come here to speak to and interact with other men, sharing ideas and stories. We are all men and race has little to do with gender.
/r/TheRedPill15/02/14 03:52 AM

The respect for a real man goes beyond their threat of violence though. For women, disrespecting an alpha would mean getting kicked to the curb with no warning at all. If a woman understands that you will not tolerate that behavior, it will simply not happen. Girls do not disappoint their fathers and the respect women should feel for their man is similar (if not the same).
/r/TheRedPill14/02/14 01:06 AM

You mean to tell me that all men do not inherently speak to women differently than they would their fellow men? That baffles me. I have always spoken to and behaved differently when interacting with women. I have always implicitly known that women operate on emotions more than logic. HR screenings are easy to skate through anyway.

I think we keep spreading TRP to all the men in the world. Eventually, it is wide-spread enough that women wisen up and fall back on what worked just 200 years ago.

Poor bastard. I would consider myself an alpha with some beta behavior inflicted upon me, so my future is looking good. I can imagine some dudes are just shafted by genetics and may seem completely undesirable. Further evidence that all men are not created equally and we all have our own set of challenges to overcome.

Being subbed to TRP is a lot like being subbed to AnCap. Just two groups of people who are embracing an alternative to the mainstream drivel.
