Doing wife duties, working full time and paying for everything😆😂 seriously, stop wasting your time like this and have some self respect. Never pay everything for a man, especially this early in the relationship.

A man who can't control himself around women and had sex with a LOT of them (not talking about 10, but 100 like you said) is a huge deal breaker for me.
