Why do so many men feel resentful to single mothers? In my personal dating experience almost all the single mothers I've met or gone on dates with fell into the category of they were just looking for a glorified atm/resource provider for her and her spawn. I personally am not going to date someone who just sees me a disposable credit card who's only job is to pay for her mistakes and bad decisions. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/11/20 03:08 PM
Q4M: Straight guys, how open are you to the idea of being sexual with another guy?Bi guy here, can confirm. There are more than plenty of definitively straight guys who will go for a romp in the sheets with the right guy and conditions. It's not that far out of the question or speculation. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/07/19 01:32 PM
Do you think men should be more intimate with each other and open up emotionally more?In private men do emotionally open up and do support and rally for each other, just not in the same way women do. Now if a single woman is present near that group that is when and where the shaming and derision comes in from an outside female source. Every single guys weekend I've had with my friends involves us planning a trip out to literal nowhere so we won't be disturbed or scorned despite the protests and complaining for female significant others. The only people I have ever seen shame men … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/07/19 01:19 PM
Men: how often did your women actually tell you to open up emotionally? Women: how often did you actually tell your men to open up emotionally?Everytime I have been told by a woman to "open up up emotionally" with her, in every instance she has either used it against me at a later date, mocked me for it, told to to quit whining and made it all about her, or some combo of the above. Even when after she has said that she wouldn't do any of the above she went and did all or some of the above. Women asking you to open up is just fishing for blackmail and diet to make herself feel better. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/02/19 03:53 PM
(Discussion): Why does mainstream messaging focus solely on improving men's problematic behavior in furtherance of a better world? Is it A. Women don't have sufficient problematic behavior to correct, or B. Society only cares to regulate men's behavior? Or something else?I mean..... You definitely aren't wrong. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/01/19 01:11 PM
Do any regular readers here identify as LGBT? If so, do you have any observations that would be useful regarding the relationship dynamics discussed here? Are there abusive gay relationships? Yes. But at far far lower rates than their straight and lesbian counter parts. In in those cases the abuse is almost always one way, it's very rarely a reciprocally abusive dynamic. Vice with straight or lesbian the rates of reciprocity are way higher, especial in lesbian relationships. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/01/19 05:23 PM
Do any regular readers here identify as LGBT? If so, do you have any observations that would be useful regarding the relationship dynamics discussed here?Bisexual male here and having dated up and down the gamut of both genders there are big differences. In my own experience: Dating guys has almost always been a symbiotically beneficial relationship in terms of finances, goals, and sex. But when it comes down to the emotional stuff we both tended to ignore it or not talk about the problems. Relationship moved very slow and naturally in development. Very much a true what's yours is mine and what's mine is your type of bond. Dating women has always… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/01/19 04:46 PM
Will millennial men (b. 90s) age better since they're usually more sensitive than men in prior generations?Maximum absolute cringe of non ironic use of the phrase "correct side of gender and political issues"? Do they also have the correct way of thinking and correct patterns of speech or does that come after the re-education and lobotomy? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 02/09/18 03:30 PM
Discussion: Goldiggers, Baby-trapping, and date-rapePersonal responsibility plays a huge part in it, I agree. And they hide the pregnancy by ghosting and dropping off the face of the planet until after the birth and filing for child support. The ones that are smart enough to contest the child with a paternity test still get taken for a few thousand as the govt is quick to take and slow to pay during the whole process. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/06/18 04:58 PM
Discussion: Goldiggers, Baby-trapping, and date-rapeDepends on the state. In GA/SC you can. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/06/18 04:55 PM
Discussion: Goldiggers, Baby-trapping, and date-rapeOh, trust me I do. To a great extent. But their is no cure for stupidity in some cases. In every case where it's happened to me I was able to have it disproven and thrown out. But other guys aren't that bright. We are even starting to see cases where the female will deliberately get pregnant, hide the pregnancy till after the birth, put a service members name on the birth certificate and then go after him for child support after the fact. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/06/18 04:44 PM
Discussion: Goldiggers, Baby-trapping, and date-rapeThat is all true however, where the bases are also in major cities you see this all the time and it isn't just specific to that ione base out in the boonies. Source: in the military, seen this happen repeatedly over my entire career to my friends and co-workers and even to me on several occasions. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/06/18 04:31 PM
Discussion: Goldiggers, Baby-trapping, and date-rapeAround military bases there is an entire robust, black market surrounding this kind of behavior. Everything from positive pregnancy tests, pregnancy positive pee, ways to sabotage or invalidate the man's contraceptive choice(s) and decisions, all in the effort to force a ring or 18+ years of child support and benefits. So while it my not be a majority it is not an insignificant number. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/06/18 03:44 PM
Are incels a victim of a self-victimizing culture? How is that any different from every other minority/victim group or there? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/05/18 11:24 AM
Are incels a victim of a self-victimizing culture? In general though it's not just one woman that tells them to fuck off or won't give them the time of day, it's every woman they have approached. And it's also not they they don't get let down gently, they get shoved down, sometimes in the cruelest, meanest way possible because that woman and her friends thinks it funny. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/05/18 04:42 PM
Do feminine hobbies and domestic skill enhance a woman's attractiveness? Why?For long term relationship sustainability, yes. For sexual attraction not so much. I got a handful of degrees, run my own business, find the time to hit the gym and compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding, and still do all the cooking and cleaning and maintenance and adulting stuff around my house. So to start dating someone who literally has nothing to offer but sex and some mediocre conversation about the latest pair of shoes or how much they kicked ass at work doesn't do it for me in the lon… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/08/17 05:21 PM
What personality and behavioural traits do you think develop in boys and girls who are raised by single fathers?Picking four cases to disprove a general hypothesis does not disprove the hypothesis. Outliers and exceptions do not prove the rule. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/08/17 05:07 PM
How can we realistically make things better for men and women? On a societal level take financial goverment support completely out of the family. Provide realistic and much better sex ed in schools including topics on contraception, and family planning, and also impress on the negative consequences of pregnancy to younger less financially stable people. Level the playing field in terms of reproductive rights for both sexes and provide the same legal protections to both sexes. I would also end forced or compelled child support in all but a few circumstances,… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/07/17 02:01 PM
Survey for Men.About an 8 I would say. Nope. 60+ 5 DnD, Rugby, Hockey, Bodybuilding ad Powerlifting, gaming, renn fest, reading and writing books. In a specific sense yes, generally no. Depends on the quality of his partners. Quality over quantity. Not always. Tend to be less whiney though. Women reward high SMV men with casual sex in hopes for a commitment and punish lower SMV men with commitment in exchange or maybe casual sex if they have no other options. No. Their choice, their call. Drink, sometimes. Dan… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/06/17 01:59 PM
