My advisor in anthro grad school was a trained psychoanalyst with a philosophy background, so I was immersed in this stuff. Some of it is alright. Iris Young comes to mind. But a lot of it is beyond jargon. Phallologocentrism is pretty directly Lacanian (with a hint of Derrida), as further developed by feminists, especially the French feminists like Cixous or Irigaray. Mostly it talks about how consciousness is structured and the "subject" created through social constructs like language.

Lots of replies, so I honestly didn't bother to scroll all the way down to check if anyone said what I'm going to -- which is I would add psychoanalytic feminism to your narrative, as an important part of the development of radical 2nd wave feminism.
