3	So I'm basically a giant pussy when it comes to striking up convo with females I don't know. Last night at a bar my friend pretty much threw me in face first and I pretty much bombed it. Still have residual anxiety from last night thinking about it. Could use some advice. As far as your anxiety goes think of it like this: Imagine you're on a road trip and you're out in the middle of the desert or some other barren place. You have to pee so you do what you have to you go out on the side of the road and pee even though you don't have any place to hide. If any cars pass you it's okay. You'll likely never see them again.
