Check if you have posterior or anterior pelvic tilt. I had slight anterior pelvic tilt and it was causing lower back pain/soreness after every workout. I strengthened my abs, hams, glutes, neck and the pelvic tilt has greatly reduced and I no longer have lower back issues. Similarly, if you have posterior pelvic tilt, you would need to strengthen the Hip flexor group and the Lumbar spine erector group. Perform exercises which target the muscles according to your goal.

I use aloe vera gel 2 times a day. It's great for skin health as well, so it works like a moisturizer. I tend to use Magnesium oil after workouts, mainly for its stronger anti-inflammatory and recovery benefits. I use both of these on my rest days as well. I do skip using Magnesium oil for a few days ( 3 - 5 ) every couple of weeks.

Try Magnesium Oil and Aloe Vera gel for the joints and muscles. They're strong anti-inflammatory products and I use them after workouts. Majority of my workout consists of deadlifts, farmer walks, squats and leg presses, and using these products has sped up my recovery and I've recovered from most of my join pains/injuries.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
