Yeah, I get where you’re coming from but I don’t know where you find these girls. Especially an HB7+. I would get it if they were fairly unattractive or had some type of disorder, but I think finding someone physically attractive and normal whose only slept with 4 people at age 27+ is a little insane, good luck though.

I always ask after about a month or so if I don’t see any glaring issues with compatibility, I think it reveals a lot about someone’s ability to pair bond and remain loyal.

Steamed broccoli, Kale, Spinach, Brusselsprouts will all help counteract the negative effects of your average steak. Steak also has a number of benefits, so don't think I'm shitting on it. In fact, I think unprocessed red meat has gotten a very undeserved bad rep. But honestly, an apple a day is excellent, and an apple is up there with a serving of Kale in terms of benefits except they're just apples so nobody talks about that fact. Try to shoot for three servings of veggies a day, with at least…

Define 'extreme'. There is absolutely nothing wrong with 60-90 minutes of varied strength or conditioning training 6 days a week as long as you're not overtraining a specific part of your body and have a viable training plan. And no, going for three or so 4 mile runs a week alongside your strength training will not 'weaken' you as long as you're eating enough to accompany that added calorie deficit. Train smart and don't buy into pseudoscience as a way of giving yourself an excuse out of somethi…

I wouldn't say it's a matter of 'fucking with nature too much'. Whether you barbecue the shit out of a fat, store bought ribeye or a grass fed, spring water drinking, naturally sourced alpaca tenderloin many of the harmful byproducts that the WHO is talking about are still going to exist in both cuts of meat. Also, GMO veggies are not harmful for your health and often more nutrient dense than organic veggies. It really comes back to eating enough meat/animal protein to attain your goals but ensu…

Eating green leafy vegetables almost entirely counteracts the effects of HCA's and PAH's when consumed with cooked meat. Further, meat doesn't necessarily need to be blackened to cause damage, but the faster you cook meat the more harmful byproducts you produce. I don't have time to source studies at the moment , but this has been demonstrated. Although veggies aren't exactly macronutrient dense or convenient to prepare, you better be eating them as a large part of your diet if you don't want to…
