I've lived in both regions so I can share my experiences. I've never used dating apps; I've had a pretty good dating/social life without them and will continue to avoid the whole online dating environment. Always met women through approaching them so here's the differences I've found- Indian women have inflated egos because of a majority of Indian men leading sexless lives, expect dating apps to solve their problems. So they swipe right on everything with a pulse. This leaves every woman with th…

Look at the ingredients list. 1 to 2 ingredients at most. Whey, digestive enzymes. That's it. It's going to be unflavoured so feel free to add raw, organic cacao powder, cinnamon and honey.

Women don't THINK. They FEEL. When a stimulus is given repeatedly, one becomes numb to it. You treating her 'nice' 24/7 makes her not value that 'nice' But if she's treated like shit 6.99 days of the week, the 'nice' that does happen, however small it is, is worth a lot.

If you look at getting laid as 'work', that's an unhealthy attitude. Focus on leveling up instead. Lift heavy shit, get your money right AND use socialization/cold approach as ANOTHER means by which you're leveling up. To be successful, you HAVE TO walk through shit. Getting rejected is that shit. Getting laid is nothing more than a positive by-product in your pursuit of leveling up.

Canadian was too harsh. I think you have a pretty face, nice hair and nice eyes. Lose the weight and you'd look really good. You have good skin too from what I see. No acne but it just looks a tad oily, that's it. But yes, there's definitely a smoke show hiding behind the extra weight. Get into lifting. You'll look great and feel great and attract better people (guys and girls) All the best dude!

Firstly stop saying 'I am...', 'I can't...', 'I'm not...' Any negative outcome and you have something to fall on 'I just am that way...' Stop it. If you want good relationships, you'll have to start taking responsibility for them. Can't flirt? Do it anyway....at the bare minimum, pay a compliment. You're serious? Tease him a little bit...but make sure you touch him lightly so he knows you're not trying to offend. If he's doing something right, reciprocate. 'I really like how you talk to the wait…

Lol, I'm in the same situation. I jump rope for 30 minutes when the sun comes out at 7:30. She walks her dog right then. I'm not gonna stop my workout for some chick but I'd love to talk to her. I'm not one to think before approaching but your post made me think about what I'd say to her when I talk to her. I'd ask about the k9...how old he is, etc and when I'm done I would say something like 'you're cool, we should hang out someday...we live in the same complex anyway...' You guys know the othe…

Look man...with Zyzz, you'll attract the party/rave bitches. You'll fuck a few and if that's your goal, I'm not gonna judge. If you're only 'working on yourself', you'll miss out on amazing social interactions, you'll never know how to sustain a relationship because what makes her attracted to you won't necessarily keep her around in the long run. With your 'indirect' approach (which is kinda stupid....you should be doing both...don't put a label on it), you'll attract better women. You should b…

IMO, depends on how you do it. 'Honey, my mom died' sob sob 'but oh well...that's life...imma get back up' 'Honey, my business failed' sob sob 'but imma get back up and build another one and be a millionaire' When she sees you've fallen down but are still resolute, it's fine. But when she sees you've given up and have a 'boo hoo, poor me' attitude, she'll leave She isn't with you to help you be the man you want to be. She isn't there for the ride. She's there for the potential rewards that being…

Wait......male/female? If male, shave it clean off, rock a good beard, get buff, get game, get money. Women look past the baldness. If female, the short answer is...sadly, yes. It'll matter way more. For us (men), looks are more of a priority than for y'all. Do your best. Keep working out. Don't be boring. Women these days know looks are their currency and don't need to be interesting/have a personality to get attention. Don't be one of them. Edit: Stress- follow up- Eat right. Any nut/seed you …

I highly doubt this post belongs here and I also don't think the mods will let this post stay here because it isn't relevant to the sub. In that case, DM me. Will be happy to talk. You're conventionally attractive, yes. I wouldn't call you hot as fuck. Not yet at least. Maybe that has something to do with the fact that I'm a heterosexual male. But by the sound of it, you do need professional help. You're so deep in your own shit you have nothing else to think about. I don't know if any combinati…

If I ask you...'hey, what do you want in a car?' Wouldn't you tell me 'Safety, looks, comfort, luxury, reliability'?....in short...everything? Your ideal woman? Beautiful, honest, humble, freak in bed, agreeable....everything. Is it wrong to expect a woman to want the same from a guy? Looks, physique, status, money, social skills...everything. Yeah, their priority list and ours is different. But why be complacent? A woman will reject you for 100 reasons. A good physique will just make it 99. Get…

All of y'all are acting like a buncha dumbasses. Nowhere have I mentioned these are to be done regularly. In fact, I clearly stated in another comment of mine that doing these regularly are in no way conducive to your actual fitness/strength goals and in fact, would be detrimental. These are to be done rarely and SHOULD NOT replace regular strength training. Progressive overload all the way. These are to be done RARELY to push your mind. Navy SEALS have hell week specifically to weed out the wea…

Interesting aspect. I do see what you're saying, especially with people idolizing people like Dave Goggins. Perhaps I should've made it clear in my post that these workouts are to be done rarely. They're definitely detrimental to your actual fitness goals but are a good way to push yourself once in a while. The dopamine trap thing you said is very interesting too. I have no counter to it. I'd have to agree. With regards to habit formation, though...my point still stands.

Good post. Except for the last part. Believing the universe somehow gives a shit about you and thinking 'what goes around, comes around' is a form of extreme narcissism, IMO. The universe doesn't give a shit about you. Or anyone.

No 'program' as such Here's an example based on what I'm doing right now. I'll try to keep it as short as possible. Let's say you wanna specialize in OHP. I do a heavy set of 3-5 reps EVERY SINGLE DAY. This heavy set will achieve the most important thing while on a specialization program- getting your muscles accustomed to the movement pattern. Basically your body starts treating the movement as a 'skill' to get more efficient in. The more you do the movement, the stronger and more efficient the…

Yeah, I kinda feel bad for you. Hiring a bodybuilding coach (stupid decision since bodybuilding is stupid) and spending that much time and money for goals that are very easily achievable in 2 years MAX. NATTY. Bottom fucking line was...your coach was stupid. Pretty much the stupidest program I've ever seen. All you had to do was SPECIALIZE, not GENERALIZE. You're trying to get better at too many things at once. You took a lot of time and effort into writing this and I wish I could do the same bu…
