Since the start of quarantine I’ve managed to shed about 17-20lbs solely from cutting fast food and keeping my carb intake less than 100 grams a day. I went from 200 to lower 180s so it’s pretty significant. I feel that if I want to get to my ideal I will need to exercise regularly. Really want these fucking gyms to open up. I’m in the northwest US and rains way too much for me to go on a walk every day. I could do it but I’d rather not.
