I literally said that. Both parties should stay innocent until PROVEN guilty. Alleged victim brings charges, found not guilty. The defendant should then sue for false charges for legal and damages. The alleged victim is proven guilty -> owes money and jail. The alleged victim is not proven guilty -> no judgment. My mom was taking her entire paycheck to pay someone to watch her kids and lost out on actually spending time with us. Her switching to stay at home mom was an economically reasonable and emotionally superior decision. God forbid my parents split, I think she should have some money coming in to help her get on her feet and start a new life. And I am very much for equal treatment of the sexes, some alimonies are way to much, but reasonable alimony seems like a ethically reasonable situation.
