2	Is low body fat % better for attraction than high body fat %? Well it Depends: If you are natty, you can't have both size and definition. When you are cutting you will be somewhat smaller. However a lower BF% wil make a huge diference when you take your shirt off. But with your shirt on, you just look a bit smaller. If you are a big guy, maybe you will benefit from a lower BF%.
