He has been extremely supportive so far and I am really so appreciative of him for taking on more of my responsibilities and being so understanding with me. We just had our first appointment/ultrasound last week and the doctor shared with us how taxing the first trimester really is, so I think that also helped just to hear from a medical profess…

Thank you SO much for this post and all of the advice, I truly appreciate it! I have found the same thing, I tried searching but haven’t found much on here regarding pregnancy. So this in-depth response is really helpful and gives me some ideas of things I can focus on once my energy levels pick up. We did have our first ultrasound last week which was such a special moment. There’s a difference between not having an instant fireworks type connection with someone, and wondering if that can grow, and not being attracted to a man because the things you value are fundamentally different.
