Ask to study with her. During study sessions ask if she wants to get food on campus and back to study, that's literally the best thing. I've got about 60 guys friends in my undergrad through studying and having study groups and getting to know everyone. The more time you spend with her, the more you get to know her, so you'd know what she thinks of you. Just having her number isn't remotely enough.
