I couldn't have said it better. Another thing to mention is that if you keep seeking validation, you will NEVER have enough of it. It's a black hole always asking for more.

I don't understand how can someone write shit like that. According to you, I should feel so fucking miserable all the time. I should hate myself because there's always someone who is better than me. That's what Mark Mason called self development addiction. I'm always chasing that ghost of becoming the best when I will basically be ruining every chance to enjoy my life. Then on my death bed I won't be glad because I can lift 900 pounds, I will be miserable because I wasted my life.

Gains : No masturbation for about a week now. 100 push ups everyday Taking care of mind. Almost always reading when I'm not doing anything else. Enlisted a friend of mine on the challenge and he's doing really good. I U Used to get upset at being single. It doesnt matter anymore. I'm improving everyday and for myself only. Failures : Looked at porn and edged for about 20 minutes

I get what you mean. I've been in the same position myself. I'd try to give them some RP hints to see how they would respond. I've met a number of blue pilled guys who were waiting for an opportunity to get out and swallow the red pill. If you don't find a good response, I suppose you can still be friends and hang out but you keep a shield so their thoughts and beliefs won't affect you.

So you're saying that until you have achievements you should feel shit about yourself? I don't think so. If you feel shit about yourself that will hinder your progress. On the other hand , confidence will boost your productivity if applied the right way.

I totally agree. The idea is that you don't do something so you would have a reason to be confident. Working on one's self is unquestionable but the attitude shouldn't be "I should dress better so as to have a value and become confident". It should be " I should dress better because I already deserve to dress better"

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
