And Ukraine's president Zelensky just said no elections are happening essentially extending his rule indefinitely. He's become the country's new dictator. As far as I am concerned, they're no better than Russia at this point because they get ever closer to the same level. If you think he'll relinquish power after this war is over, guess again.

It's not toxic one bit. Given the current world we're living in, he's well within his right to know that the children he's investing his time, money, and emotions on are actually his. As well as to know whether you've been faithful. If you've been faithful, you shouldn't have anything to worry about, but I venture to guess that since you're asking on Reddit, that you in fact do.

So I never understood where a lot of these Christian religions got the idea of celibacy for priests and nuns. Because we all know what that route led to. There's nowhere that I can recall where it says devout ministers or servants need to be celibate. Nor does it say anywhere that sex is strictly for reproduction. Are you referring to celibacy and semen retention? Both of those have been gaining traction recently. But as you said not through main stream public health avenues. When you start looking up info on it, the hits that comes back for it is pretty high.
