In this case she's a famous person who only knows about Tom Brady because he's famous for playing football. They would never have met otherwise and now she doesn't want him to do the thing that made her meet him in the first place. It's beyond unreasonable and she tried to get his friend to turn on him too. WTF?

It's funny what gets you upvoted or downvoted. I posted in here once about how I got a ton of alimony and got eviscerated. Adding I only dated rich women probably made it worse, but I'm surprised more people here aren't agreeing with you.

I like this sub, but I'm always a little confused as to why the men here don't just change their ways. When I was in high school I made a rule for myself that I would only date girls whose parents made a specific minimum each year even though I didn't come from money. As a man who was married for 12 years in Florida and received a significant amount of alimony because of the 10 year rule, I don't see how this is necessarily a bad thing.

Divorced. Was married for 12 years, 7 of it pretty happily, but I specifically married for money and when we split up I got paid. I've never had any reason to date since and it's been over 4 years. I have hook ups, but won't commit to anything serious because it's not worth it. I fit somewhere on the MGTOW spectrum so I subscribed because it's interesting. Oddly, I'm probably the epitome of every gold digging woman described on here, but I did it the other way around.
