I've learned the 5 stages of grief are real and that's likley what your experiencing, but you have to keep working toward acceptance, there is light and happiness on the other side of that. What helped me the most was learning to let the thought of her pass, don't let the "thought" turn into "thinking" because that is what causes the suffering, have to mentally smash that. Also, cutting off all physical and verbal communication while detaching from her is very helpful, stick to just text or email communication related to Co-Parenting and nothing more.
