8	Life Hack for confidence? I would only partly agree. I would say confidence could come from a lot of different places. It could be getting out of your comfort zone, being afraid and doing something anyway. It could be that you've accomplished something you've been working for. It could be working for something really hard and fail and still be proud of all the work and what you learned from that experience.
