There are several small basic things like incognito mode, erasing browsing history and deleting social media or striping it of photos ect. I signed up for fb when it first came out and like a year or two took out all photos and changed some settings. I use messenger to keep in contact with several people but I mainly have it because its linked to login to my Spotify account. Don’t have a personal twitter, Instagram (fb owned) but I Do have troll accounts for those.

I used to life for girls, that changed into lifting for myself and developing the discipline to stay with something until you succeed. I became addicted to the rush and feelings of hitting personal records and the months and months of chipping away at those personal lift goals. Those lessons and experiment carried over into my person life and I am better off now mentally and physically, than I was before I started my fitness journey.

Nice. People do that day in and day out not realizing that overtime those calories will add up. Just like when people drink a couple of sodas a day. They might not think about it but those are hidden calories that sneak up on ya overtime and contribute to gaining a couple of pounds.

Good post. About the the third point. There is a difference between loosing weight and bring fat. Letting the caloric deficit do it's thing without weightlifting will result in flabby loose skin. Adding a solid weightlifting program in combination of a solid nutrition regimen will give your body a more smooth look (assuming a person is not mid - morbidly obese) Also, I haven't seen this mentioned but Water intake place a huge roll in overall body functionality.
