Of course lifting does not solve those problems immediately, but it provides a starting point. When you are at the bottom, it is best to start building up the foundation.

sharpen your own knives. I've been into that rabbit hole where I was reading about 400$ natural whetstone from Japan.

IMO, MGTOW is a variation of black pill. They became bitter after swallowing the RP and they don't want to build a stable relationship because of this.

Yes, that is what we all want, but it doesn't mean that we can nor should. If all men want polygyny like OP, we got ourselves a big problem. We would turn back to the barbaric times.

What I really want is to sleep with many women, and have each of them exclusive to me. We all want that too, buddy. If that is the case, unfortunately, we would have a problem. We would turn back to the barbaric times. Best solution? Enforced monogamy. Yes, it sounds boring and somewhat, enforced, but it doesn't mean that you have to fully emotionally invested in your spouse.

I think what you want is polygyny. Polygyny, the practice wherein a man has more than one wife at the same time, is by far the most common form of polygamy.

I don't need to try to control her. I just need to give her an option to control herself: We are married because we chose and are choosing each other. If you choose someone else, then there will be no reason for us to stay together and I will take with me what belongs to me. She will then have to consider the cost/benefit factor and whatever her choice is, I will be fine.

Your paper source does not claim the causation of stress is caffeine. It merely suggests the association. Furthermore, it only investigates a specific group of people (11-17 years old), which does not provide sufficient evidence of the effect of caffeine on people in general.

I often see people drink at most 3 cups of coffee per day and that's a lot. 10 cups would be a different level.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
