It's called hyperbole: A useful tool for storytelling. And he didn't come here to give an inconsequential FR, he was succinctly addressing a specific point. Please put more consideration into your next review, and take Katie off that pedestal.

Makes perfect sense and I hear what you're saying. If you had already been sexually active to an adequate extent you probably wouldn't have developed the porn addiction. Let me ask, did you have to make any changes or improvements to get laid after focusing your attention.

If you have enough sex you don't need or use porn. I won't dispute that porn controls could correlate with advances in this area but don't confuse that with the main issue of not having enough sex/hobbies/good in your life that it leads to excessive masturbation.

NoFap has one again become a hot topic, however I've yet to see this statement made about it. NoFap addresses a symptom not the cause. Needing to masturbate is the symptom to not enough sex. Solve the cause to cure the symptom.

Seeking guidance with follow up questions: What sort of model of relations with women look like to people in this sub Is there an ideal model that I should keep in mind that is either Lone Wolf with multiple plates or captain and first mate.

Videogame subreddits, fantasy sports teams, being too lazy or incapable of searching for the solution to create a simple MS excel formula. This is what a brief look at your post history shows me. Shut the fuck up. Listen to those gracious enough to take time to share their expertise and experiences. Read. Think. And don't be a lazy fuck that thinks because you read the top posts of TRP and seduction you're nearly there. I know that I have a way to go yet, but I accept the gifts of the community …

As someone with similar build who started by doing a serious cut and got down to about 62kg at 12%bf. DON'T. CUT. FIRST. You feel great that you're shedding weight and your stomach is becoming flat. But then you realise. You have no arms. You have no fucking legs. And. Oh my god, that's where my chest is supposed to be... Bulk, lift and recover. However, make healthy diet choices. Diet is key. If lifting is like pressing the accelerator down in a car, diet is the gear box. You'll get a lot bette…

Although I get the sense that you're like Gilderoy Lockhart, the Harry Potter character, writing about others' experiences. Reading your work is always valuable to me to get the brain ticking and picking up nuggets of knowledge along the way. Thank you for another good post.

A much needed reinforcement to the mentality that I'm currently actively trying to harbour. I've found throughout my life I lose sight of the big picture and become disheartened when I've barely changed ...during the third week of beginning something... So I'd like to add a strategy for developing goals which helps me keep the big picture in mind. Building goals from the big picture first. Think about the end product. Where would you like to be in 1/5/10 years. Do this for everything that spring…

Thank you. You have made me reconsider and challenge my perceptions. Plenty of food for thought.

Thanks for your take on it, a definite point in the pro column. However the main focus on that is using marriage as a tool. As for raising kids, I'd like to know if it is possible to have the house, family, shared expenses, without the formality of a marriage? Laying the RP propensity to plate women to the side, is it not possible to have your home situation like it is without being married?

Day 3 - Sun: 7.5 hours (2300 - 630) Went to bed too late and feel like hammered shit. I'm disappointed in myself as I looked at the clock at 2130 and thought 'if I go to bed now I'll get 9 hours sleep!'. Yet I stayed up till 2300 reading on the computer. For too long now my mind has been entertaining the notion that it's often too early to go to bed and I'm wasting time that could be spent doing something rather than sleeping. This sleep log is already helping to keep proper sleep habits in the …

In light of having finished the appropriate chapter in Carnegie's How To Win Friends and Influence People, this example uses the Principle of Showmanship particularly well. Presenting the facts in a novel or exaggerated way that involves and immerses the person you're persuading so that they will be more receptive to the new information and able to draw their own conclusions. While I wouldn't suggest that a game similar to this would be your first option, thinking laterally in a similar way woul…

Chiming in with my two cents and building off of this. Apply law #13 of Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power: "when asking for help, appeal to people's self one-year, never to their mercy or gratitude". What to take away from this is focus on telling your boss how your continued work will benefit him. More information on the subject can be found in /r/the48lawsofpower
