I'd gained a shit tonne of weight over the last year due to an injury and I went through a breakup quite recently. I finally started going to the gym (2 weeks in). There are no visible results but I've already started feeling better about myself. And this helped me get some action on my last date. Confidence is more attractive than abs for women.
