Yeah makes sense about the ratio, but is the general population so brainless or am I just in the wrong places? Because I can't remember the last time I heard something original that I could learn from in real life, while online I read insightful things almost every minute. Any suggestions on where to meet those people irl?

What does those things mean?

I feel you, it must be very though to be a woman in today's society with all the the efforts to become equal, independent and show that you are as capable as men, while society lowers the physical job standards for women, men spoiling you and also giving you half of their assets when divorcing. You deserve to be treated like equals, but how are women gonna become equals and independent if men and society keeps crippling you like this?

I feel you, it must be very though to be a woman in today's society with all the pressure to stay relevant on social media and society not appreciating your intelligence while men make more money and have all the benefits in society... And on top of that you have to share half of all your assets with him if you get divorced... If only more men would show some compassion for women and spoil them a little bit when given the opportunity everyone would be happier. Don't you agree?

Which is, and have been, ruled mostly by men, so why did we make it this way than?

How? Seams pretty stupid to make it that way of your a man.

Damn that was a really good point. Thanks a lot!

Hmm, that's wrong. How could someone lack the self respect and respect for the other to do something like that? But more importantly, why don't we change the rules and laws, especially since men usually sit in the positions to change them?

Interesting explanation. I guess we can condition ourselves to justify pretty much anything. What benefits do you mean a man can gain from a happy marriage, that is not possible to solve without getting married?

Hey, damn that sounds like a really good outcome! What does emotional intimacy mean to you?

What does contribution mean for you?

Good explanation! What do you think is the solution then nowadays if the government is the tribe?

You said most of the time it's not worth it. When is it worth it then?

What do you mean by going against nature or taking it for granted?

So which solution did you end up with?

Thanks for the explanation! Where can I learn more about this?

What do you mean is the real thing? And how do we feel / experience it?

Whats your response to their response? I do miss a women's touch, but I don't get anything out from conversations with them.

Nice explanation! So why do we still have marriages if it's an outdated concept?

Hey, I like that deep comparison. What way out are you referring to?

Could you expand on that a bit, I don't really understand. ( English isn't my first language)

Thanks for your respond. Yeah there the family to take into account as well if you choose to go really deep, otherwise I can't see her family having such a huge role. Regarding them staying that way you described them for a long time. Does it really matter? If we are happy and fulfilled on our own then does it matter how long she remains that way? With some friends you grow apart, others stay for life. I look at it the same way with women. Some relationships might be shorter, some longer. We can…

I've meet quite a few, but not as many in ordinary life. But doesn't less and less woman want to get married and have kids these days since there are less religious stuff and others want to make a career instead of having kids?

That sounds like great values to live by.

Do you mean there is no acceptable solution to have a relationship at all, or just no acceptable solution if you choose to get married or have kids?
/r/MGTOW23/09/17 11:01 PM

Damn that was one of the best replies so far! That's what I'm wondering as well, isn't much of the suffering on ourselves? ( disregarding the legal things we don't have control over for those who chose to marry or have kids) But if you don't chose to marry or have kids, isn't it up to us to make ourselves happy and fulfilled? And if a woman comes along which enriches our lives then great, if not, life is still great.

Regarding falling for our natural drives. What about having a rule for ourselves that we don't have sex before knowing each other for a certain amount of time? Say 3-6 months. If she stays and things work out good maybe there something to think about?

Good points regarding the state. Yeah that's a really dangerous trap to think that someone can complete us, only ourselves can do that, anything else in life is a bonus imo. Why would you need to chain yourself to anybody? Can't there be any form of connection without chains?

What if she is ok without any of that? You might say that that is wishful thinking, but what IF, you bumped into some with similar values and beliefs to yours, would you give her a chance or us that unthinkable? ( Im asking so I have something to go on if that would happen to me.)

Thank you for taking the time to explain further. I totally agree that the screening could be very deceiving. Regarding that, Shouldn't screening be an ongoing process of any connection in life? We meet someone, male or female, we become friends if we have something in common, but if they turn out to be someone else down then road we split paths. That's what I'm wondering, doesn't the same logic apply to an LTR? If so, then in my view there isn't any risks unless you decide to marry or have kids…

Well explained. Just a thought on the loss of time, money, energy. Isn't all of that an individual choice? I'm thinking than everyone should spend their time, money and energy as they wish and if she's OK with it we have a possible match if not we stay single. Shouldn't there be some sort of good way to screen a possible match if she comes along or is it a rule of mgtow to block out all women?

I think the basics are to not get married and not have kids. What did I get wrong?

Thanks for all the answers so far, got a bit to think about. If I may expand a bit. I'm talking for myself, but I would like to "share" life with someone, whatever that means. Idk though if it's a natural thing or something conditioned? What happened to me last year was that I meet a unicorn, from my point of view of course. At the time we meet I was "homefree". I was sleeping on the beach, did what I love during the day, sports and trekking, and worked some when I needed. And she was all up for…

Could you please explain what I've done wrong or unsuitable? Your answer didn't explain much. All I know is that the male - female connetion in today's society is pretty off, but I thought that there might be some solution or middleground for those who don't want to live alone for the rest of their life and I thought who is better suited to ask then the guys who have seen through all the bullshit?

I didn't mean it that way, I meant it more as a good match based on every individuals likes, values, beliefs, dreams...

I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend anybody or create a scene, I just wanted to start an conversation, brainstorm and get some new perspectives. I think, hope or fantasize that there is some cool women out there, maybe not many, but some. For example, I've been backpacking for the last 3 years and I've meet a few women who didn't like this materialistic and superficial world who were quite fun and interesting. They just lived out of their bag and prioritized living minimalistic and being who they …
