First, reduce the size of the government by at least 50-75%. It's a bloated, bureaucratic clusterfuck of welfare and needs to be cut down at the knees. Once the government and its bureaucracy is castrated, I couldn't care less who votes, but it probably shouldn't be women. Though, with so little power left in politics, women would likely lose interest in it entirely. If they can't get their gibs through the state, they'll direct their efforts elsewhere.
