I am not saying intentionally kill her, I am saying if in defending myself her head hits the corner of a table etc and she was killed, I would have absolutely no remorse because I did not start it. 1	Getting fit changed everything. Yes that is what I did, if you are new to weights then it is quite reasonable to expect to put muscle on while losing fat. Cardio however is the main tool to use when losing fat. I started at 45 mins and now 4 years later do around 3 hours a day with maybe 30 mins of weights. I should do heavier weights for longer but I find them boring. I can burn 500-800 calories if I work really hard in a 1 hour session versus burning around 13 calories per day for every extra kilo of muscle.
