Drugs will make you feel better in the short run but it will make your life shittier overall. Once you recognize you were dealt a bad hand and that you want to change it, seek therapy. Or at least start researching psychology and self help. Your not the first person in the world to have a shitty upbringing and plenty of people have found a way to get past it positively.
