Tell her and report back for science

I have found some women think it’s sus or weird or something. But those women don’t tend to have the same values and priorities as me. Next.

Builds the illusion of rapport. It tricks your brain into thinking we’ve known this person longer because we’ve had multiple different experiences with them. If you’ve ever moved bars and run into someone from the bar earlier, you may have noticed a subtle sense of camaraderie with them. It’s that. You’re just using the effect to your advantage.

Take it with a grain of salt if you do this. You never know if they’re being genuine with this. Sometimes it’s something you did/said. Sometimes they’ll lie because the truth makes them feel guilty. Most often it’s just something about you that someone else is going to absolutely treasure and adore. Though if she tells you you’re whiny or annoying, I suppose it’s worth checking with yourself.

On the other hand, tinder shows me a ton of hotties that never match so. I guess I’m ugly idk

Right out the gate hinge pretty much only showed me girls I wasn’t remotely attracted to. I’m decently handsome and I’ve always had good results in person when the chemistry is right. I could probably do with a photo upgrade. But like, hinge didn’t TRY to keep me on the app. Why would I want to swipe through hundreds of people who (and believe me I hate saying it out loud) are just not attractive enough for me. I’m sure others have had good experiences but it’s amazing to me that anybody wastes …

Recently out of an age gap relationship. Some folks will look at you funny. If you have good intentions and aren’t a creepy asshole about you’ll be okay. The problem comes after a few months or even a few weeks when you run out of surface level flirty conversations and find out that 18 year olds are boring people.

Probably is. Maybe there's a better word in this context?

I remind friends all the time (maybe it's annoying idk) that introversion is merely the need to be alone to relax and recharge. Introversion ant anti-socialism is not the same thing. I definitely do identify as an introvert but I have many good friends whom I hang out with constantly. But when I want to really relax and recharge I like to sit alone and watch movies and play minecraft or something. Lately though I've been blessed with a job that allows me to get my alone time and get paid at the …

In the past I have started kissing and then very in a sort of cheeky way used my foot to close the laptop.

Could be you're not that into her. But I didn't start loving sex with my girlfriend until like the third time. And it was the same for the 4 girls before her. First time is always awkward and vanilla for me so I don't particularly care much for casual sex anyway. Getting to know each other and your bodies and likes is really fucking fun. But I'm addicted to intimacy so that's just me.

For some of us, personally speaks louder than looks. Edit: and yeah that usually includes casual sex too. If I can't even hold a decent conversation with her I have no faith that I will take her to bed.

You really shouldn't try to compete. It's super obvious when you do and it just ends up looking desperate. Keep being yourself and if she doesn't end up being with you then move on and don't worry about it. After you show your intentions the ball is in her court and you need to accept lack of control. Show confidence and your killer personality and she will make her decision from there. Also never assume that just because someone is rich and handsome that he's going to win your girl. I know plen…

Don't play it slow. Show her you're attracted to her. Ask her to grab dinner with you before or after dancing. It makes for a fantastic date night. This is how I met my girlfriend. If you play it slow, you're going to make her think you're not interested. FUCKING GO FOR IT. it's easier than you think. I made it clear to mine early on by asking her to teach me a new thing I could lead (she's really good at both lead and follow) and then giving her the most lustful eye contact I could muster the e…

Maybe just let her call. If she wants to she will.

I just thought it was a healthy reminder to not become a self help junkie.

I think I know this too. I wish I didn't have this need to show her / myself that I am worthy.

I think a lot of this is based off the "assume attraction" rule

Some unlucky bastard here is gonna do this and learn later that her "friend" was her equally as hot and game girlfriend.

We're you trying to date her or mostly just have fun? If it's just for fun you should just say you're not looking either and invite her to hang out. Not recommended if you're trying to have a relationship. In that case move on I guess.

Why are you doing it? Do you feel like you have to? You could just go and spend that time doing other stuff. Traveling. Working on your career for a while and saving money. Cracking open cold ones with the boys. If it's a side of depression you should be working on your own happiness before gaming Yeah?

She probably didn't think your comment was as playful as you meant it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
