If I may borrow your words, allow me to ask you what you mean? My science classes are far gone.

Too early for me to tell. I can see the benefits to each situations. That being said, I feel as though given the right mate, I could do my part to raise my own RP children.

I feel the main victory of feminism is that at least women have a choice ... long-term & healthy careers or babies. Very good point. Problem is, most want both and having a fulfilling career is hard to make fit with biology.

Do as I say and not as I do: most people suggest sticking to one of the proven programs. As the old "permanent skinny boy" (a more recent moniker being "pectoral") , concerning gaining: replace the word "weight" with "mass" (or "lean body mass" though it comes out as too long) as it definitely seems like a healthier objective.

While sleep is important, gains (especially noob gains) will happen no matter what, given two conditions: working out (which you obviously do) and eating enough of the right food (macros ideally, sufficient calories and protein at a bare minimum). * As a TL;DR to that sub: calculate how much you spend, energy wise, in a day. If not very active, probably about 2000 calories. If you're in the military I'm gonna guess more. Then eat between 250-500 calories in excess of that per day. Protein-wise, …

Thank you for replying. If most of the recommendations of the "don't shit where you eat" are based off of this kind of situation then that's a totally valid point. But just to be clear about what happened, in chronological order: You were specifically told not to fraternize with co workers You did so anyways. When this information started leaking to your peers, you lied and denied it ever happening. This in turn gave her complete control of the situation, you could no longer control the narrativ…

Mind elaborating? Despite basically every suggestion here being don't shit where you eat, no one seems to have a story backing up why it's a bad idea ("zomg she's gonna say it was sexual harassment!1!")

I think it depends where you live/work. I think there's this unwritten rule in America against fraternization between colleagues. It isn't as much the case in Canada. Where I work there's actually no problem, even a few of the bosses have second marriages with equals.

Try to think of it as a growing experience. You now know what works and what doesn't for you a little bit more. You've had enjoyable experiences. You'll have more. Focus on yourself.

Story time (a little preview into a post I've been meaning to write): Be me, in an LTR with a chick who I clearly put on a pedestal. I've always had alpha tendencies, but since I was chasing 'the one' I'm this total beta. Fast forward, camping trip with the ex and her parents, sitting around a camp fire in the evening. Ex goes to the bathroom, comes back with a beer for me (since mine was empty). Me: "thanks dear, that's really thoughtful of you" (me not used to her giving two shits about me, I …

Holding frame mostly "OK go home goodbye". And abundance mentality I believe, she probably thought " if I don't give it to him, he's bound to look for it somewhere else".

And to me it seems as though marriage is an official ceremony where both parties will agree that the fixing must happen. As if self improvement must not continue afterwards. A few years down the line neither is happy.

I know the feel bro. Thing is, there's 3.5 billion girls out there. There will be others. As drug addicts chase the dragon, you gotta let go of this idea you have of unicorns existing.

I was discussing this a few of my guy friends the other day. It seems that Tinder is a really easy way for girls to get attention. Can it work? First hand experience tells me yes. But nothing beats going out and the physical presence.

A) One of the buffest guys I hang out with is about your height and visibly works out. B) One of the hottest chicks at my gym dates what some would refer to as a manlet, though he is obviously a disciple of the iron. Lift. Just lift.
